Joe Creech is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. After a career in international finance with US Bank, he joined Palmer, Groth & Pietka in July of 1998. Joe started as a trainee and earned his state license in 2002. In 2005, Joe was promoted to Team Leader and began building his own team. In 2007, Joe was named a Managing Director of the Seattle Office. In 2008, Joe was awarded the MAI designation.
Colin “Paea” Radford is a native of Bellevue, Washington. He graduated from Bellevue High School and joined the U.S. Navy in 1980 to be in avionics technician. During his 20-year career, he advanced from enlisted ranks to commissioned officer. His duties included managing aircraft component repair facilities on amphibious carriers, running the support equipment division at NAS Miramar and leading helicopter crews operating onboard naval destroyers. While in the service, he attended night school, and completed both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Upon retiring from the service, he entered the real estate industry, specialized in retail property leasing and attained his real estate broker’s license. He has been a general certified appraiser since 2005 received his MAI in 2012. Paea is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
Steve Maule is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Maule has been actively involved in real estate research and consulting since 1999. He joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in November of 2005, after six years with the Meyers Group (now Hanley Wood); one of the country’s premier providers of residential new-home construction data and consulting services. Mr. Maule is the Residential Team Leader and appraises apartments, townhomes and residential plats, along with all types of commercial land.
Shawn Wayt, MAI has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience, having held positions in commercial real estate appraisal and investment brokerage. Shawn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where he was a four-year letter winner on the Gonzaga baseball team. Upon graduating in 2008, Shawn started his career in real estate at Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in Spokane and eventually joined CBRE in Seattle in 2012 as part of CBRE’s Retail Valuation Group. Shawn joined Pacific Coast Valuation Group in 2017. He lives in Edmonds, Washington with his wife, Sabrina, and black Labrador, Bailey, and is an avid Seahawks fan.
