Grant Norling, MAI spent the beginning of his career with Colliers International / Palmer, Groth & Pietka before establishing the Portland Office for Pacific Coast Valuation Group. In his 14 years in the appraisal industry, Grant has established himself as a leading expert for valuation of retail and shopping centers within the Oregon and SW Washington marketplaces. Grant is experienced with ARGUS for DCF Analyses and performs complex real estate appraisal assignments for a broad range of intended uses including lending, property tax appeal, estate planning, arbitration, divorce cases and litigation.
Justin Schreiber was born and raised in the Portland Metro area and graduated from Linfield College in 2008 with a degree in Economics. He joined the Pacific Coast Valuation Group Portland office in September 2015, shortly after its formation. Justin is a licensed Appraiser Assistant, studying under Grant Norling, MAI, and he is currently pursuing a Certified General Appraiser license. An avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, in his spare time Justin enjoys hiking, fishing, golfing and playing basketball.
Missy Adams, born and raised in the Snoqualmie foothills outside of Seattle, graduated from Washington State University in 2009 with a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish. She has a strong background in hospitality and customer service, property management, and accounting. In November of 2016 she joined Pacific Coast Valuation Group as Office Manager. Of the many hats she wears, her greatest roles thus far have been as Account Manager and Project Manager, spearheading an entire office relocation and renovation.
Michael Nomura, graduated from Southern Oregon University with a major in Communication. After 16 years working in automotive he is new to the appraisal industry. He is currently a research assistant for Rae Nomura in the Portland Pacific Coast Valuation Group office. In his free time he enjoys hiking, golfing, snowboarding and discovering the Pacific Northwest.
